DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

While a signature is not required for delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present in an effort to avoid lost or misplaced packages.  
When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.  
Packages being shipped to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (like a UPS store) must include a mailbox number. 

DELIVERY TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS.

Please note we DO NOT ship to Freight Forwarding addresses. If you place an order with a Freight Forwarder address, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or you can change to an alternative postal address.

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII?

Yes, all items other than our Travel Series and Longboard Day Covers can be shipped to Hawaii.

However, please note we cannot ship via Express 2nd Day Shipping service.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

FCS does not ship to locations outside of USA. For inquiries about international shipping contact us via our Support Page, or click the below region.
