How do I return a product that I purchased online?Updated 14 days ago
FCS can only deal directly with customers who have purchased through our online store.
If you have purchased through a Retail Store, please get in contact with the store you have purchased from, and they will be able to liaise with you to quickly resolve your issue.
For Online Order Returns:
1. Submit your return request here
3. Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel, as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
4. Post the product with proof of purchase to the FCS Sorting Centre.
